➡ ️ 12 x Banded Deadlifts
➡ ️ 12 x Banded Bent-Over Rows
➡ ️ 12 x Banded Side Steps (each leg)
➡ ️ 12 x Banded Glute Bridges
➡ ️ 12 x Banded Overhead Side Bends (each side)

✅ Workout Finished!
✅ Rest 60 seconds between rounds
